Scope of Services

Services provided by Unapologetic Consulting are limited to the specific terms outlined in a separate contract between the client and the consultant. Deliverables, hours, and support levels are defined by that agreement.

Any requests that extend beyond the contracted scope will be treated as additional services. Such requests may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and must be approved in writing prior to commencement.

Consultations and Staff Assignment

Unapologetic Consulting reserves the right to assign consultations, meetings, or service delivery to qualified staff members at its discretion. Assignment of work does not diminish the standard of service but ensures efficiency and continuity.

Turnaround Time & Business Hours

All turnaround times and delivery schedules are based on the Pacific Time Zone (PT). Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT, excluding weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays. Requests received outside of standard business hours are considered received on the following business day.

Payment & Fees

Fees are due in accordance with the separate contract between the client and Unapologetic Consulting. Additional services requested outside of the original contract may require a separate fee arrangement, documented in writing before work begins.

Subscription Plan

For clients engaging services under a Subscription Plan:

  • The Subscription Plan defines the scope of services, deliverables, and entitlements.

  • Requests beyond the defined Subscription Plan are considered additional services and may be subject to additional fees.

  • All communications under a Subscription Plan must be conducted through approved channels, as outlined in the Operational Guide pricing sheet (see here). Communications submitted outside of approved channels are not considered within the Subscription Plan and may be disregarded or subject to additional fees.

  • Subscription Plans are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in the subscription agreement.

  • Unapologetic Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to a Subscription Plan.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing timely access to information, feedback, and approvals as required by Unapologetic Consulting in order to complete services. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery schedules.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unapologetic Consulting’s total liability to any client for claims arising out of or related to services provided, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the relevant contract or Subscription Plan during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Unapologetic Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Clients retain full decision-making authority and responsibility for all outcomes.

Amendments

Unapologetic Consulting may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of engagement will govern unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Coaching, advisement and guidance services, are not intended to substitute for legal advice nor representation. Unapologetic Consulting representatives are NOT licensed legal professionals and should not be considered as such. Clients are always encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for legal advice.

All analysis and feedback are for information and strategic purposes only. It is advised to seek the appropriate licensed professional before acting on any legal, or financial decisions.

Emotional support provided with services is NOT therapy nor counseling. Unapologetic Consulting representatives are NOT licensed mental health providers and cannot diagnose nor treat any conditions.
